Welcome to the website of sdebbah Studio, artist and designer.
By contacting me, requesting a quote, or purchasing an artwork or design service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
SECTION 1 – Acceptance of Terms
By using this website (visiting pages, submitting a request, contacting via email), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser nos produits à des fins illégales ou non autorisées, et vous ne pouvez pas non plus violer les lois en vigueur dans votre pays (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les lois sur le droit d'auteur).
Vous ne devez transmettre aucun vers, virus ou code de nature destructive.
Une brèche ou la violation de l'une des Conditions entraînera une résiliation immédiate de vos services.
SECTION 2 – Services & Products Offered
Sdebbah Studio offers:
Original artworks (paintings, sculptures)
Limited edition or open edition prints
Conceptual design work
Spatial design, installation design, and set design
Artistic direction, visual storytelling, and creative consulting
SECTION 3- Purchase Requests & Quotes
Prices are not listed on the website.
To purchase an artwork or commission a service, clients must contact Sdebbah studio via email at contact@sdebbah.com
Upon request, you will receive a custom quote by email.
A project or order is confirmed only after:
1. Written acceptance of the quote by the client.
2. Full payment by bank transfer (or other agreed method).
Buyer is responsible for all bank transfer fees.
SECTION 4- Payment Terms
Payment must be completed by bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed).
No refunds once payment is completed, except in the case of a damaged artwork delivered (see section 6).
SECTION 5- Delivery & Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country; no fixed delivery date is guaranteed.
Artworks are carefully packaged, but clients acknowledge that international shipping may involve customs delays, import duties, or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the buyer. However, Samira will help open a claim with the carrier if there’s damage or loss.
SECTION 6- Damaged Items
If artwork arrives damaged, the client must email within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photographs of the packaging, and Photographs of the damaged item.
Based on the assessment, Sdebbah studio may:
Offer a partial refund, or
Offer a replacement (if it’s a print), or
Propose a repair (depending on the piece).
SECTION 7- Design Services
For design projects (spatial design, set design, concept art, etc.), a deposit may be required before work begins.
Work starts only after deposit is paid and the project scope is clearly defined.
Design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
All sketches, mockups, and concept work remain the intellectual property of Sdebbah Studio, unless there is a written agreement transferring IP.
Clients who receive final approved designs are granted a license to use them in the agreed project, but do not automatically acquire full copyright.
SECTION 8- Intellectual Property
All content on the site (images, text, design concepts, photos, mockups) belongs to Sdebbah Studio.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
If you commission a piece, you own the physical object (unless otherwise agreed), but Sdebbah Studio retains copyright unless otherwise stated in writing.
SECTION 9- Limitation of Liability
Sdebbah Studio is not liable for:
Delays in shipping due to carriers or customs
Loss or damage during transport (after handover)
Misuse of the artwork by the buyer (installation issues, handling problems)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
SECTION 10- Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, without prior notice.
Your continued use of the website or request for services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
SECTION 11- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled under Estonian jurisdiction.

Nous nous réservons le droit de mettre fin à votre utilisation du service ou de tout site Web associé pour violation des utilisations interdites.
